Added a race by mistake or changed your mind? No problem! You can easily adjust your ticket quantities or completely clear your cart before completing your purchase.
Follow the steps below depending on whether you are using the Spartan Website or the Spartan App.
If you clicked a link to our site from inside a Meta app (Facebook or Instagram), their built-in mobile browser has a known issue that prevents you from removing items from your cart.
The Fix: Close the social media app, open your phone's native web browser (like Safari or Chrome), go directly to spartan.com, and manage your cart there.

(Follow these steps if you are using a desktop computer or a mobile web browser)
1. If you are still on the Event Page:
If you haven't navigated away from the race page yet, look at the ticket categories (Open, Age Group, etc.).
You will see the number of tickets you selected displayed in a dropdown menu next to the category.
Simply click the dropdown and change the number to adjust your quantity.
2. If you want to remove items completely from your Cart:
Look at the top of your webpage and click on the Cart Icon (it looks like a ticket with a red notification number).
Once your cart opens, you will see a list of all your selected tickets.
Click the Trash Can Icon next to any ticket you want to completely remove.
3. If you have already started the Checkout Process:
If you are already moving through the checkout steps (such as choosing your start time):
Look at the cart summary area. You will see a dropdown menu next to your ticket type showing a range of 0-30.
Change the number to your preferred quantity, or select 0 to completely remove the ticket from your order.

1. If you are still on the Event Page:
Look at the ticket categories (Open, Age Group, etc.) on your screen.
Click the dropdown menu next to the category and adjust the number of tickets.
2. If you want to remove items completely from your Cart:
Look for the red "Checkout Now" banner at the bottom of your app screen and tap it to open your cart.
Find the ticket you want to delete and tap the "Remove" button next to it.
3. If you have already started the Checkout Process:
Prior to final checkout, review your ticket summary list.
Tap the small "Remove" button located right next to the number of tickets to delete that specific item.
